Access gear quickly with the hook-and-loop fastening lid that opens from the bottom for single-handed operation. Load the interior panel with custom gear configurations; elastic straps hold everything in place. Tug on the loops on both sides of the panel to remove it rapidly in an emergency situation. This oversized pouch can fit trauma care necessities such as gauze, chest seals, Israeli bandage, a tourniquet, decompression needles, a nasopharyngeal airway, gloves, shears, and tape with room left for additional supplies. Designed to protect your important medical gear from harsh environments and withstand severe treatment with tear resistant and water repellant Cordura 700D fabric construction. This pouch measures 9 inches wide and 6 inches tall; it requires 6 loops for attachment to any MOLLE system and is also compatible with 50mm belts.
